Daniel attended Utah State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting in 2006. He earned a Masters of Accounting in 2007 at Utah State University where he was recognized with the Federated Schools of Accountancy Outstanding Graduate Student Award.

Leaving a promising career in auditing with international accounting firm Deloitte, Daniel joined his uncle Steve at Harold Dance Investments in 2008 to serve as a financial advisor. He currently serves as Vice President and is a shareholder of the firm.

Daniel is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Utah and is recognized as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Daniel grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and resides in North Logan, Utah, with his wife and five children.
