KristiLyn specializes in helping families and individuals reach their financial goals and objectives. A true personal finance expert, she joined Harold Dance Investments as an Advisor in 2022. Her passion for financial planning is evident in her work and personal life.

When she’s not helping clients, KristiLyn is working with students at Utah State University and Brigham Young University Idaho where she teaches money management courses as an adjunct instructor. Her knowledge and expertise in many different disciplines empower her to guide families and individuals facing a variety of circumstances.

Prior to joining Harold Dance, KristiLyn worked at the Utah Division of Securities as a securities fraud investigator. While there, she also coordinated one of the State of Utah’s youth financial education programs.

KristiLyn is an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC). She attended Utah State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Family Consumer and Human Development and a Minor in Personal Financial Planning in 2011. She earned a Master of Science degree from Utah State University in Family Consumer Science in 2013. Her thesis focused on the impact of financial education on investor outcomes.

KristiLyn grew up in Cache Valley, Utah and resides in Farmington, UT with her husband and four children.
